Is there a particular way you should (or shouldn't) enter the answer for this puzzle? I think I get the idea, and want to make sure I'm not denied by syntax.

Edit: Apparently it's not just Talis who enjoys a good post 'n' solve. :)

I seem to have a vague recollection of this riddle from the old game, and this was all hanging on some peculiarities to do with the location. I think the law has changed since, however, so the answer should be straight forward, but it doesn't seem to be. I think we also need the year, but how ???
