Realised I’m very late to the party but I’ve been stuck on this one for ages and cannot seem to make any phrase by following the clues provided. Can someone please give me a huge nudge to point me on the way to question 7. Thanks in advance.

There’s a lot of hidden clues in this one and few different ways to the answer: either anagram your way round a couple of words that together will give you a hint, you can reuse letters to make the words, or inspect the shapes, how many are there (Although some would argue there should be 8 instead of 9!) and do they show you an “image” without even moving any or cutting out, or literally what can “I” see... I can definitely see a particular letter. Are there any places in the world that letter could be a clue for? Hope this helps
