Not really sure where to start with this one, though it seems horribly familiar - can't remember how I might have tackled it previously if I did.
Have tried looking for anagrams, words, etc. from the letters, linking the letters to form shapes, etc.
Have even tried just squinting, but no luck so far. Any clues?

Good question... what CAN I see?
Re: Good question... what CAN I see?
I don't think the Donkey has thought of linking letters to form shapes ...
Re: Good question... what CAN I see?
Hmm. Got it - though I'm not convinced I did it the right way. Not the clearest puzzle.

If you can see it, you can go there.
(Aside note: I don't remember this puzzle being in the same PD as one of the puzzles from Part 1. You'll see which one when you solve it.)

Re: Good question... what CAN I see?
I have LOOKED at this for a long time. I think even Picasso could not figure this. I have drawn, I have inverted colors, Squinted, made it smaller. All to no avail. I feel the Donkey is looking DOWN on me and I must be MISSING something?
Please help!!!!

Re: Good question... what CAN I see?
First things first: there's no need to invert colours or otherwise manipulate the image in any way. It's not that sort of puzzle.
The title of this thread puts the emphasis as "What can I see?", whereas it would be better to ask "What can I see?".

Re: Good question... what CAN I see?
For all those struggling, drawing on the page did not help me.
No idea what the intent was, but found a good word and made a leap for the answer. Just a guess solved this for me

Re: Good question... what CAN I see?
Drawing helped me, but I did use a ruler to be certain that I wasn't bending
the rules.
