Anyone available for a hint

I'm really stumped on this one. I'm not sure I'm even approaching it correctly. I am trying to make something out of the four letters but not getting anywhere. Can anyone give me a hint on how to proceed.

Believe me - I've read and re-read the letters out loud in a variety of different voices and pronounced them in a variety of different ways until I think I'm going slightly mad - I'm just making sure that I am alone when I'm doing it. Should I be only concentrating on the four letters announced or am I missing something (although that goes without saying).
